I am a researcher whose work considers the politics and governance of grassroots innovation for sustainability. My work draws upon theories and methodologies from political science, innovation studies, and science and technology studies. My research has been funded by a variety of academic, government and civil society organisations in the UK and overseas, and involves studies in both ‘developed’ and ‘developing’ country contexts. I always try my best to adopt an approach that engages fully with practitioners, as well as publishing widely, and presenting to audiences around the world.
