Graduated in Business Administration from Mackenzie University, Eliane works in the Fundação Coordenação de Projetos, Pesquisas e Estudos Tecnológicos (COPPETEC) since 2008. From2011her work includes international projects, some signed with the European Union. She is in charge of preparation and analysis of accountability required by Petrobrás, BNDES, FINEP, FURNAS, SEBRAE, etc.
