Rita Afonso is a postdoc researcher at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro - UFRJ COPPE / Production Engineering Program. She holds a DSc. in Production Engineering in the same university. Her thesis explored the dialog and relation between big enterprises and communities in Brazil in the perspective on social corporative responsability and their improvement consequences for the social development.
