The most historic activity of Ashoka Germany is selecting and supporting Fellows who are leading social entrepreneurs (SEs), or change makers. This core activity has been enriched with a wide variety of other programmes and initiatives, such as the Ashoka Social Network (ASN), supporting the formal and informal networking of the individual Fellows in order to fertilize, synergize and upscale local ideas, or the Social Reporting Standards (SRS) that aims to make the results of socially responsible action transparent and measurable.
The election of the first official fellows in Germany in 2005, was an existential CTP in the life of the organization.
The first country representative of AG was leaving the organization and going on maternity leave, therefore, needed a trusted successor.
Clarifying the goals of the organization and starting to consciously build and shape the social entrepreneurship ecosystem in Germany
This CTP details the developments related to one of AGs most influential and successful spin-off, the Financing Agency for Social Entrepreneurship (FASE).
The CTP revolves around the transformation process of the AG leadership team.
